I am looking forward to being one of your child’s teachers in the Butterfly Class. This is my 14th year teaching at ECCEC, and my 20th year teaching children. I graduated from UW-Madison with a B.S. in Human Ecology with study emphasis in Child and Family Studies from and an A.A. in Early Childhood Education from WCTC. I have always found learning to be fun and hope your child will too. I pray this will be a wonderful year for us all.

I have been a preschool teacher at ECCEC for 6 1/2 years. Prior to ECCEC I taught for 21 years for the Wauwatosa School District and 7 of those years were at the 4K level. I am a graduate of Carroll College (University) where I received my degree in Elementary Education. We are going to have a fantastic year together in the Ant Class, and I am looking forward to getting to know all of you better.

This is my 10th school year at ECCEC. I spent the first two and a half years teaching 4s before I joined the Administrative Team. I have graduated from North Central University with a degree in Elementary Education, and taught for 6 years overseas as a missionary teacher. I have been working with children in various settings for the past 20 years, as I truly love being able to be a positive influence in young lives.
Mrs. MaryAnn Lee • Director
My involvement of the past 45 years has given me the opportunity to use my special education degree as well as my ability to write curriculum, train teachers, and cast vision for ECCEC's future. I am also the Disaster Response Coordinator for Elmbrook Church leading teams in the U.S., I have led mission teams and teacher training experiences in Ireland, Belize, Guatemala and recently in Haiti and Dominican Republic. Leading the ECCEC Staff is a joy.

I am excited to be here at ECCEC for my 14th year! I have completed the early education classes and have worked with preschool children for over 20 years. It is a joy to be able to share my gift of creativity with all the classes as I step into an office role. I am currently taking early childhood administrative credential courses to learn more about the functioning and leadership of a preschool. I look forward to an exciting school year.
Ms. Amy Comaris • Part Time AM Preschool Teacher
I have my Associates degree in Early Childhood from WCTC. I have been working with and teaching children for the past 25 years. This will be my 5th year back at ECCEC; I also taught the 4 & 5 year olds from 1999-2006. I am glad to be back and working in the Ants Class. When I am not with my own children, I love going to the gym, spending time with friends, and being outside. I am excited to meet you and your families.

I’m starting my 14th year here at ECCEC, but have been in the field of early childhood education for 33 years. I’ve completed all the required Early Childhood classes. I look forward to getting to know your child this year in our Garden Class. We will have fun singing, playing games, doing creative art, exploring science, and spending our afternoons together.

This is my first year teaching at ECCEC and I am excited to be joining this team and community. I’ve gotten a sneak peek already as I have been teaching here this summer and I am excited for what the school year will bring. I am a recent graduate with my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. I have a love for working with children and have been volunteering and working with children for 12 years in various environments. I am excited to take the things I have studied and get to apply them hands on in a classroom.

This is my 7th year here at ECCEC, but not consecutive. I have completed early education classes and have worked with preschool children at ECCEC, the Milwaukee Rescue Mission and Foster care. This will be my third year I am so thankful to God to be working with your children and getting to know your families.

I’ve completed all the required Early Childhood classes and have worked in the child care profession for 20 years, including the child care program here at Elmbrook Church. I completed a BS Degree in Family Life Education with an emphasis in Youth Programming and Camp Management from the UW-Stevens Point. I began working at ECCEC in June 2007. I am very pleased to be back for my 13th year. When I am not at school I enjoy the attending concerts and going to museums, spending time with friends, traveling and reading. I look forward to a new school year.

Mrs. Jessica Nettekoven • Part Time AM Preschool Teacher
I am very excited to begin my first year at ECCEC! I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as having an additional license to teach Early Childhood Special Education. I received my Master's degree from Cardinal Stritch, in the Teaching, Learning, and Leadership program. I previously taught in Milwaukee Public Schools in an Early Childhood Special education classroom.
I am looking forward to beginning the school year at ECCEC. I am excited to meet all of the students and families, and look forward to a wonderful school year!

This is my 5th year at ECCEC. I look forward to being one of the Caterpillar teachers. I have many years of experience with preschoolers including teaching a preschool class for ten years, taking a variety of early childhood classes, and being a nanny for several families.

This is my second year working at ECCEC. I am very excited to serve the children and their families. I love working with children and have spent many years as a Sunday school teacher. In addition, I have a passion for nutrition and healthy eating. What a privilege and wonderful opportunity to get to know the children and impact their lives in a healthy way.

I have been with ECCEC for 11 years as an office aide and then as a substitute teacher. I graduated from Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, IA. Beyond taking the Child Care Profession Courses and CPR, I have cared for young children in and out of my home, volunteered in Children's Ministry. I look forward to being part of a regular classroom as I join the Garden Class.

I started here in January 2013 as an on-site sub and finished the year as a Dragonfly teacher. I have spent the past 4 years teaching in the Honeybee class, 1 year in the Ladybugs and now in the Caterpillar Class. I have completed the early childhood education classes and have lots of experience working with children. I am looking forward to a fun-filled year of learning and growth both developmentally and spiritually for the children. Thank you for entrusting your child to me as they prepare for the life God has planned for them.

I taught 4K here at ECCEC for 9 years from 2002-2011. I returned in 2016 this will be my second year teaching in the Butterfly class. I have a degree in Elementary Education from Judson University and I've completed all required Early Childhood Classes. I look forward to teaching in the Butterfly Class this year.
